Hi everyone
I took down Paige’s page earlier today at the request of her son as he advised that Paige had discontinued her hungers strike on legal advice.
Hopefully there is a solution in sight?
Cheers
Earl

Hi Ed
tried to do it but it seems this amy be something you have to do by setting up a new follow on the site – unfollow and then follow again.
Earl
Hopefully a solution in sight. Attorney wanted Paige to end the Hunger Strike to avoid any potential conflicts
Good – hope so!
Could you email me Paige’s medical history as Dr Steven Tower is an expert in cobalt poisoning and would like to review her files to see if he can spot anything obvious. He is an orthopaedic surgeon in Alaska and was himself poisoned by cobalt from a DePuy ASR.

Hello earl. Its paige. Just wrote u a long note that didnt send. So..this one shorter and to the point. The lawyer that had me end hunger strike..dropped me 3 days later. Makes a girl wonder…this hip thing..has ruined my life. My health and mental well being. My family lost our home..i grew up in that house…sold to help me. My parents now rent small apartment. My son…didnt get to go to college…as we had always planned. I cant bare watching my family suffer anymore. In anout a month im going to memphis. This hunger strike will only end…when it ends. I hope to draw attention to what they have done to so many. To the fact that money is all thats important. I hope to have your support.
You see….my statue of limitation is long passed. …consolidation of cases…means nothing to me. I can’t believe…what they have gotton away with.. my life….as important as theirs.
I havent been on line because i dont have computer…internet and my home was lost a long time ago. No car..no insurance. I worked so hard my whole life. My parents worked their whole lives. My son dreamed of college. Now…we are just surviving. My anger…..cant be measured.
Thanks Earl, for getting this phenomena exposed even for a short time. I really appreciate all the research you have done for us.
peace,
mickey morgan
I would like to speak to her attorney and ask their reasoning.
The amazing thing is the tremendous response Paige received, that was great.
Don’t lose sight of the importance of correspondence and information shared.
The pre-emption laws are a bear in the woods and it will take the right defense to change the minds of those who judge.
There is no common sense to this debacle, one would think Smith & Nephew has infringed perhaps broken certain laws resulting in harm of many folks and for that they should be held accountable and punished accordingly including jail time for those responsible for approving a device knowing it’s potential harm. ( including the FDA ) If they use the defense
of not knowing the worse cased scenario’s then they had no business using us as lab rats to see the failure rate exceed e 1%.
Respectfully

well on all lets say 20 attorneys there isn’t anything that can be done due to legal loopholes. I have done everything to fight for what’s right with this company and bottom line…they only care about money. Not the lives of people they have ruined. I have even called and spoke to legal department. I had hoped to appeal to their sense of right and wrong. What was I thinking. Anyway, they have destroyed my life in a way that I just can’t put back together. I am in the process of getting things organized to go to Memphis to corporate offices and go on another hunger strike. No one to tell me to go home or they wouldn’t represent me anymore. Just me and them. They have taken everything I had worked all my life for with an unbelievable ripple affect that it has had on my family. So. It’s only fair they take what’s left…They can watch me each day and feel….proud of what they’ve done. My legal recourse…over. Statue of limitations.
