This is in protest to the pre market approved bhr metal on metal hip. Because of the FDA protecting a company with criminal intent…they protect them. Instead of Smith and Nephew doing whats right…they hide. The hopsital and doctor don’t want to take any responsibility and have left me with no choice. After years of this..I have nothing either physically, emotionally or financially left. I would appreciate all the support I can get during this difficult time. Thank you, Paige

I am a business man of 66 years, I can bring common sense to the table. I have failed to see much common sense in what the FDA proposes.
The scope of what the FDA is suppose to control is way beyond their reach.

I have been trying to understand how this happened to me, why it happened, who is responsible and what can I do to see it never happens again to anyone under the present circumstances.
I agree with everything you have stated. The FDA needs to have certain responsibilities and another group FDA 1 or whatever responsible for medical devices, etc.
There are so many subsections and groups under the FDA it is literally impossible to get a simple question answered.
It is ludicrous to think information of importance re: devices, meds, etc health related issues is easily accessible without having to go here – there – and no where to obtain information.
What we need is an Elliot Ness (from the untouchables) to clean out the CORRUPTION FIRST, then make changes that can and will be followed and adhered too.
