Parker-Waichman 800.529.4636 is working for me. Has been for a little while now. I was also 46 in 2008 when I received the Biomet MoM Hip. I’ve had 2 back to back revisions in April of this year, 2013.
I’ll be back to add some additional information. Interesting that almost all of Viki’s husbands symptoms and mine were the same. Most all of my symptoms were “side effects” of the “pain masking” narcotics they prescribed. By April of 2013 the med’s that they had me on were not able to touch the amount of pain I was enduring. I finally could no longer walk I was in so much pain.

I don’t know if you have found an attorney, but I too have a Biomet hip, and have an attorney who is going to try to file in my state instead of going through the MDL. (Says they are not pleased with the judge handling the MDL) I have my revision surgery set for next month; they will file after that.

My friend Dennis has a Biomet M2a Hip,I am looking for an Attorney for him,but am hoping to keep it out of the MDL,either way I’ve got to get him some help he has loosening,Metalosis and pain,he’s been out of work over a year so I’m trying to get him financial help,it seems they recommended this hip for the young( people 30 to 45)now this MoM fiasco is screwing the young,where does it end?
